The spined helm is a member's only piece of Fremennik armour that is primarily worn by rangers. To wear a spined helm the player must have completed the Fremennik trials quest and have at least 40 Defence and Ranged. To obtain a spined helm either bring 1 dagannoth hide, 1 circular hide, and 5000 coins to Sigli the Huntsman in Relleka, or trade with another player.
