Spined boots are a member's only piece of Fremennik armour that are primarily worn by rangers. Contrary to popular belief this item does not require completion of Fremennik Trials 40 defence or 40 range. To obtain spined boots either receive them as a dagannoth drop or trade with another player.

[edit] Trivia

• There was error in the armour section of the in-game ranged skill guide in which it listed the Spined gloves and Spined boots as non-members items. The glitch has since been fixed, however.
