The Spiked helmet is an item obtained from level 1 Treasure trails. This item requires 5 defence to wear and can be used as a substitute for a spiny helmet used for slayer. This helmet is considered more stylish than the spiny helmet and provides the same additional bonuses, although it is much more expensive. In short, it is a fancy spiny helmet.

The steel full helm, and spiked helm both share the exact same bonuses, minus the protection against wall beasts.

This item cannot be used as a substitute for the Spiny helmet in making the Slayer Helmet.
