Spider carcass is obtained as a drop from Jungle Spiders. It can be attached to skewer sticks obtained from cutting thatching spars with Machete, and can then be cooked to Spider on stick. It needs a Cooking level of 16. Heals a random amount between 8 and 11. Spider on shaft can also be cooked by attaching carcasses to arrow shafts. The shafts are destroyed when you eat the spider, unlike skewer sticks.

It can also be used along with a Summoning level of 10, 8 Spirit shards, and 1 Gold charm to make a Spirit spider pouch used to summon a Spirit spider.

There are a large number of spiders north of the village. They don't show up on the minimap as yellow dots, so look closely!

The Fairy ring code CLS gives access to an island east of Yanille and next to the house of Hazelmere. The island features some Jungle spiders that drop spider carcasses.

Depending on where the Jungle spider stood when it died, it's carcass can end up lying on top of a tree instead of on the ground.
