Spicy tomatoes are created by using a tomato with a bowl when the player has a knife in their inventory or tool belt, and using gnome spice on the bowl of chopped tomatoes. At level 53 Hunter, they can be used on a set box trap as bait. They may also be eaten, replenishing 200 life points.
Spicy chopped tomatoes are a very uncommon item in RuneScape. They are rarely made due to their complexity, but they are intended to be used as bait for chinchompas found in the Piscatoris Hunter area. It is highly advised to use spicy tomatoes when catching chinchompas. They are also used as bait for all tiers of Skillchompas.
