Spicy tomatoes are created by using a tomato with a bowl when the player has a knife in their inventory, and using Gnome Spice on the bowl of chopped tomatoes. They can then be used on a set box trap as bait for the hunter skill.
Spicy chopped tomatoes are a very uncommon item in RuneScape. They are rarely made due to their complexity, but they are intended to be used as bait for chinchompas found in the Piscatoris hunter area. Most players just lay the trap without bait, as it is much faster and does not require constant bank trips.
