Spice detail

Spice is an item used in Cooking. It can be bought from the Culinaromancer's Chest after the Recipe for Disaster quest or bought from the Spice seller in Ardougne market. It can also be stolen from the Spice stall (requires level 65 Thieving) or looted from a Gourmet impling or baby impling. It can also be pick-pocketed from H.A.M. members. Though it comes in a shaker, it is a one-use item. Not to be confused with Gnome Spice.

Spice can be added to an uncooked stew to make uncooked curry (as an alternative to three curry leaves). Most players use spice instead of curry leaves due to the lesser cost.

Due to its rather high price, spice can be a good profit-making item. Just buying from the Spice seller and the Culinaromancer's Chest makes good profit: 123 coins per spice. Killing mummies (which can be done massively and also gain other valuable drops) as well as looting Gourmet Implings are also good ways to earn these.

Spice is needed during three quests: Desert Treasure, Missing My Mummy and the Freeing the Goblin generals part of Recipe for Disaster.
