Speedy Keith is a member of the leading trio of bandits that reside in the Wilderness Bandit Camp. Like his two affiliates, he is non-aggressive until provoked, and is exceptionally strong compared to his bandit henchmen. When you talk to him, you'll receive a message that states "Speedy Keith is not interested in talking". Speedy Keith, Donny the Lad and Black Heather are the three leaders of the Wilderness Bandit Camp.
