Leather (also known as soft leather to distinguish it from hard leather) is used in the Crafting skill to make leather armour and other leather items. It can be created by giving a cowhide and one coin to a tanner. A tanner can be found in Lumbridge, Al Kharid, in the Ranging Guild, and in the Crafting Guild.
