Sani (full name-Sani Semiv[1]) is located in the Lumbridge Mine during the new (and currently not-used) tutorial. After that he's located south of the west bank in Varrock. He teaches players the basics of Smithing. He appears to be shorter than other human NPCs. He can supply a player with a hammer if they do not have one in their inventory or in their bank.
