Mature Slayer's Respite is a stat enhancing beer that temporarily enhances a player's Slayer level by 2. It is the stronger, or 'mature' version of the regular Slayer's respite, which adds only one level to Slayer.
Slayer's respite can be made using the brewing vats in eastern Keldagrim or Port Phasmatys. Four Wildblood hops are needed to make the Slayer's respite.
During the brewing process, there is a small chance that any ale will turn out mature; leaving a normal ale in the vat after it has finished brewing will not make it turn mature. The chance of brewing a mature ale can be increased by adding the stuff to the brewing vat, just prior to adding the hops.

- Increases Slayer by 2 levels for around 30 seconds.
- Heals 1 hitpoint.
- Lowers Attack and Strength by 2 levels.
