The Skulls thief is a former member of The Skulls. He is located at the top of the observatory on the Islands That Once Were Turtles. During the Ghosts from the Past miniquest, he can be spoken with where he tells the player about what had happened to him. Coming from a long line of pirates, he joined The Skulls to follow in his father's footsteps. However, soon after being initiated into the gang, he was turned into a skeleton by a vengeful Cora.
