Skulgrimen runs Skulgrimen's Battle Gear shop in Rellekka. He is involved in The Fremennik Trials. He makes rock-shell armour from giant rock crab shells and dagannoth hides, for a price, and also sells a range of helms and weapons.
He is also one of Doric's customers in Task 6 of Doric and Boric tasks that follow the What's Mine is Yours quest, requiring 20 mithril warhammers, which gives Smithing experience and charges for the gofannon amulet.
