The Skeleton Champion scroll is a scroll that a Skeleton may drop when killed. It is a challenge from the Skeleton Champion.
By bringing this scroll to Larxus in the basement of Champions' Guild, you may fight this champion in the Champion's Challenge distraction and diversion. This scroll drop has no effect from the ring of wealth; it is completely random.
While fighting the Skeleton Champion, only Ranged attacks are allowed.
It is likely that the most efficient way of obtaining this scroll is by killing Skoblins in the Lumbridge Catacombs with Water Surge. With a decent level in Magic, 1,500 kills in an hour is easily achievable.
