The Skeletal Hellhound is summoned by Vanstrom Klause during the In Search of the Myreque quest to kill the remaining Myreque members. Players have to kill it in order to complete the quest. The Skeletal Hellhound is fairly weak and should not be a problem for any moderately levelled player. When dead, the Hellhound drops 4 Big Bones and 2 rubies, which are presumably its eyes. Interestingly, the Skeletal Hellhound has bony ears attached to his skull, despite the fact that ears are made of cartilage.
