Sin'keth's diary is a members-only quest item used only in What Lies Below quest. It is obtained from Surok Magis along with wand. It is diary of the former leader of the Dagon'hai and shows the place of the Tunnel of Chaos. The examine text infers that Surok is a descendant or relative of the diary's owner.
After completing the quest, players can find it in the Varrock Palace library, in the northeast corner, in the east of the two bookcases.
