The Silver necklace is a quest item used in the Murder Mystery quest. It is obtained from a barrel in Anna's bedroom in the Sinclair Mansion. It has Anna's fingerprints on it and is used to determine if Anna is the murderer or not. If it is used on the flour barrel, it will create the Silver necklace (dusted), and flypaper is used on it, it will create Anna's print, which can be compared with the Unknown print to see if Anna is the killer.

This item can not be made using the Crafting skill.

Players may wear the necklace during the quest. Players cannot obtain it after they complete the quest.

The only way to keep it is to drop it and take another one during the quest, and drop the second one right before you complete the quest and then pick it up again after the quest. The guard will take it away regardless of if it is floured and/or wielded, how many you are carrying or who the murderer is.

Note that banking it before finishing does not work either.
