Silver athlete's shoes were released 11 July 2012, in preparation for the Gielinor Games. They were made available for purchase along with the release of the games on 24 July 2012 and can be bought at Oomad Arrow's Gielinor Games Reward Shop. They cost 500 contribution points (and 2,500 extra points to unlock the silver tier). When worn, it reduces weight by .9 kg, while the full set reduces by 4.5 kg This makes it useful if you are doing a lot of running. Every item from the set, with the exception of the ring, can be stored in POH's toy box.
