Shiratti.
Shiratti the Custodian is a lady who watches over the Nardah, Shrine to She. She plays a small role in the Spirits of the Elid quest. She also has a role in Treasure Trails where her name is scrambled to "I EAT ITS CHART HINTS DO U". She gives you a Puzzle Box. She can be found in the building directly north of the water fountain.
