A Sheepdog is a pet dog that can be bought from any pet store for 500 coins. It is a non-combat pet that simply follows the player around. It has two stages, puppy and adult. Sheepdogs come in three different colours: light grey, dark grey and brown. Players need level 4 Summoning to buy a sheepdog puppy. The Sheepdog is very slow to mature: it takes five minutes to grow by 1%, therefore in total it takes eight hours and 20 minutes to become full-grown. Note that the puppy will not grow if stored in the Inventory or Bank but only when being walked. Sheepdogs eat raw meat, but not fish or chicken or bird. At level 14 Summoning, players can talk to the sheepdog. The Sheepdog appears to be based on the Bearded Collie or Old English Sheepdog.

TriviaEdit

  • Any pet dog will bark when its hunger goes to 5, 10, 15 and so on.
  • If you feed your dog bones he will say "yip yap!" and eat it, but it will have no effect on his hunger percentage.
