Shark Fists 4 are two handed weapons obtainable from the Squeal of Fortune. They require 55 Attack to equip. The equipment statuses are between that of rune and dragon claws. However, they do not have a special attack. You can switch in-between them by choosing the "change" function that can change to shark fists 1, 2 and 3.
