Shadow Burst requires a Magic level of 64 and can do a maximum of 18 damage per hit (18*9 = 162 maximum damage per spell.) It can also lower the target's Attack level by 10%. As with all Ancient Magicks spells, the quest Desert Treasure must be completed to cast this spell.

Shadow Burst costs 1710 coins for each cast.

Remember, you cannot use normal spells or Lunar Spells if you are using the Ancient Magicks spellbook.

The maximum hit used to be 20 damage. However, this was changed by Jagex in January 2008.
