Sergeant Damien runs the Drill Demon random event. He is one of the non-attackable demons in the game.
Sergeant Damien also holds numerous awards and accolades:

- Most Evil Demon-of-the-Year 2004 Award[1]

- He shares the same name as the Anti-Christ in the movie The Omen. This is probably intentional, because he is a demon, and Damien is the son of the Devil in the movie. This might imply that he is, in fact, the same Damien, making him the son of Satan.
- He resembles Alathazdrar the Demon butler.
- Sergeant Damien is a parody of the nature of many real-life Army drill sergeants .
