A Seeping elm staff can only be found in Daemonheim and requires 10 Magic to wield. At complexity level 3+ and level 18 Fletching, the staff can be made by using a knife on Seeping elm branches, granting 16xp. Like most staves in Daemonheim, the Seeping elm staff provides all elemental runes when equipped.

Both Seeping elm branches and a knife can be bought from the Smuggler. They can also be cut from a seeping elm tree and are dropped by many monsters, though the staff is very hard to find in free-to-play worlds.
