Secateurs are used to cut branches from trees grown using the Farming skill. They can be bought at all farming shops, and stored with the Tool Leprechauns.
The main purpose for cutting branches, is either to cure a tree or bush that has become diseased whilst growing. Alternately they can be used to obtain willow branches from farmed willow trees. Up to 6 willow branches can be cut at a one time, after which the branches regrow one at a time in regular intervals of approximately 10 minutes.
Secateurs are also used in the Phoenix Lair to cut branches from special trees. These branches can then be woven into a funeral pyre for the phoenix.
