Scotty is a cleaner NPC found in the Death Guard's headquarters, while doing Within the Light. He appears to be wearing mourner gear to protect himself from the plague, but when talking to him, he reveals himself to be just a cleaner man.

- Scotty speaks with an Australian accent, which is probably a nod to any Australian players.
- According to Sanchez, he and Scotty form a group known as the S&S Cleaners, and used to work for Mandrith, who paid them 76,000 coins per hour. This is obviously meant to be a joke by Jagex, as a reference to the well-known PvP trick known as '76king' which used drop tables in pvp as a method of money-making.
- Scotty could be refered to Montgomery Scott (nicknamed "Scotty"), a character in the Star Trek media franchise.
