The Saradomin hilt is dropped by Commander Zilyana, in the God Wars Dungeon. When attached to a completed Godsword blade, which can be created by combining the three Godsword shards, it creates the Saradomin Godsword, which enables the player to use the special attack Healing Blade, which restores half of the dealt damage to Hitpoints and a quarter to Prayer, with a minimum of ten Hitpoints and five Prayer points. It drains the special attack bar by 50%.
- The hilt is what makes up more than 99% of the Godsword's cost, for the Godsword blade which it attached to costs less than 500k.
