Sap Spirit, one of the Ancient Curses, drains enemy adrenaline. For every sap you 'throw' at the enemy, they lose 10% of their adrenaline. Completion of The Temple at Senntisten, as well as switching from normal prayers to the Ancient curses is required to use this curse. This curse does not work on monsters, as they have no adrenaline to drain.
If given enough time, this prayer can be extremely useful to prevent abilities from taking their toll. This tactic can be used in maximum potential if the attacker is a Mage as he/she can freeze the foe while farcasting thus activating this prayer in near perfect timing before the foe can rush them.
