Santiri can be found in the Quality Weapons Shop in the north-west corner of West Keldagrim. Players speak to him in The Giant Dwarf quest.
If the player has achieved 99 Smithing, Santiri praises their skills and wagers the player is one of the most accomplished smiths in RuneScape, but still isn't skilled enough to perform the axe repair.
He is the person that players are required to serve in the seventh of Doric's tasks.
