The salve amulet (e) is an enchanted salve amulet. It raises the wearer's damage and accuracy by 20% for all combat styles while fighting undead monsters. The amulet is highly useful in locations with many undead, such as Zemouregal's Fort or the fourth level of the Stronghold of Security. The enchanted amulet can be owned alongside the regular amulet by using the drop trick.

The salve amulet can be enchanted during and after The Lair of Tarn Razorlor miniquest. After defeating Tarn Razorlor, Tarn's diary can be found on a table in the next room. Using the diary with a salve amulet creates the enchanted amulet. It is possible to enchant more than one, if you have multiple salve amulets. Once the miniquest is finished, the diary can also be found in a bookcase of a Player-owned house.

The amulet originally only raised the wearer's Attack and Strength. This was changed on 4 February 2014 so that all combat styles will benefit.

The boosts of an enchanted or regular salve amulet will stack with the full slayer helmet and Void Knight equipment.

The salve amulet raises the wearer's damage and accuracy in all combat styles by 15% while attacking undead monsters. It is a reward from the Haunted Mine quest. To make the salve amulet, a salve shard is mined from a crystal outcrop at the bottom level of the Abandoned Mine, and strung with a ball of wool. The Lunar spell string jewellery can also be used in place of wool.

The amulet is highly useful in locations with many undead, such as Zemouregal's Fort or the fourth level of the Stronghold of Security. Two or more salve amulets can be obtained by using the drop trick: make an amulet in the Abandoned Mine, drop it, craft another amulet, and retrieve the dropped amulet.

A salve amulet may be enchanted by completing the Lair of Tarn Razorlor miniquest. The enchanted amulet gives a 20% bonus instead of 15%.

The boosts of a salve amulet will stack with Slayer headgear, Void Knight equipment and the Undead Slayer perk.
