The Sagittarian longbow is a piece of equipment released with Dungeoneering. It requires a Ranged level of 99 to use. It is dropped by Sagittare, a Dungeoneering boss that is fought on the furnished levels (and requires that all party members have at least 45 Dungeoneering).
In addition, the Sagittarian longbow and Hexhunter bow have both very similar stats, excluding the damage (with Sagittarian arrows ). However, the Sagittarian longbow has slightly better overall stats than the Hexhunter bow, as well as a damage bonus which the Hexhunter bow lacks. This is balanced by the longbow having a slower speed. If one is looking more for accuracy, higher damage per hit, and better armour rating, one should consider the Sagittarian longbow over the hexhunter bow.
Furthermore, due to the rarity of Hexhunter bows, it might be a better overall choice to use the Sagittarain longbow over the Hexhunter, until you have made a choice between the two bows.
As with all longbows in Daemonheim, the Sagittarian longbow is treated as a shieldbow by the game, allowing abilities that require a shield, such as Rejuvenate, to be used.
