The runic robe top is an item released with the Dungeoneering update, and can only be obtained and used within Daemonheim. As it is a tier 9 piece of magic armour, it requires 80 Magic and 80 Defence to wear. This item can be obtained as a drop from a tier 9 forgotten mage, or made at level 88 Crafting from five pieces of runic cloth.

Mages with at least 50 Dungeoneering and 80 Magic and Defence may wish to bind this item along with a powerful staff because of its substantial bonuses.
