Runecraft cape

From the RuneScape Wiki, the wiki for all things RuneScape

A Runecraft cape can be purchased for 99,000 coins from Aubury at the Varrock rune shop by players who have achieved level 99 Runecrafting. It is the Cape of Accomplishment for the Runecrafting skill. Runecrafting capes are white in colour, and have a gold trim if the player has more than one level 99 skill. The Runecrafting cape is considered by most to be one of the most difficult capes to achieve as it requires massive amounts of time and pure dedication.

[edit] Trivia

  • Oddly, the emote displays a Nature rune instead of an Earth rune, which is not an Elemental rune unlike the other runes shown.
  • The Runecrafting skill cape is currently the rarest skillcape in the game.
  • Some people say that Wizard Korvak should have the cape, others say that wizard Elriss should have it. Both of these NPC's reside in the Runecrafting Guild. The Runecrafting Guild is the only skill-related guild of which its corresponding Cape of Accomplishment is not sold by an NPC within the guild. This is probably due to the fact that this is the only skill guild released after the Cape of Accomplishment update.
  • When doing the emote, it looks like the runes are being eaten.
  • This cape looks very close to the Prayer cape when they are both trimmed.
