The Rune plateskirt has the same stats as Rune platelegs, though it is 1kg lighter than legs and about 10k cheaper then Rune platelegs at the Grand Exchange. It can be bought at the Champions' Guild and at Seddu's Adventurer Store in Nardah. To wear this, players must have 40 defence. It can be made with the Smithing skill at level 99 using three runite bars, giving 225 Smithing experience.
