Jlun has been a major contributor to the wiki for a number of years. He started out mainly doing File namespace maintenance, and while he's continued to do that, he's also turned into a great all-around editor and an active participant in a lot of projects. He spends a lot of time in the on-site chat and he's often around to answer questions and fix problems when there might not be any administrators active. He seems to know what he's doing, and giving him sysop tools would make things run a bit more smoothly. ʞooɔ 03:13, January 23, 2016 (UTC)
I, Jlun2, accept this nomination for adminship. I have read the policies concerning administrators. I realise that this nomination may fail. If I do get community consensus, I promise not to abuse my tools because I realise that this is a serious offence. If the community finds that I have done so, my tools will be revoked, and in extreme cases I could be given a community ban. Signed, Jlun2 (talk) 03:20, January 23, 2016 (UTC)
Questions for the nominee
1. What administrative work do you intend to take part in?
Just (mostly) image maintenance, really. I'm aware current admins can do this, but sometimes, others become inactive and/or busy with other things. With the ability to do so myself, this can lessen the requests a bit along with allowing more control over what to delete/recover. I won't go mass delete anything that appears "wrong" to me; in other words the images needing retaken won't suddenly get nuked. I mostly target duplicates and spam uploads (or at least, not related to RS or any page).
2. What have been your most helpful contributions to the RuneScape Wiki, and why?
Various image work (uploading, taking, moving, etc) along with tons of minor things. I tend to bias towards the file namespace though; usually to tag or categorize images.
3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
I mistakenly banned someone on the RuneScape Classic wiki due to the assumption that they uploaded spam videos. It turned out it was a feature of wikia (at least back then) that auto-uploads videos from embed youtube links. After they confronted me and explained the situation, I accepted the error and apologized. In the case of future conflicts, I'd post on talk or on [[Special:Chat|S:C]]. Yew Grove would be in the case of some conflict over a policy.
4. Should this request be successful, which of the following, if any, do you wish to be added to your account: IRC operator; Clan Chat administrator?
No thanks. I don't use the IRC much (if at all). I do not want to join a clan because I won't actually contribute outside of discussions.
Additional questions (asked by the community if necessary)
Support - I see no reason not to sysop Jlun. Active, friendly, and even though he may be out of the loop for some random things, he does a damn good job around here. Haidro (talk) 07:19, January 23, 2016 (UTC)
Oppose - I totally deserve it more D:
Support - Very helpful, does a lot of things - some very boring -, and seems to be quite active. I presume anti-vandalism qualities are also up to scratch, since I haven't really seen those in action, but that's beside the point. 15:41, January 24, 2016 (UTC)
Support - You smart. You loyal. You grateful. I appreciate that. 17:24, January 24, 2016 (UTC)

Support - Is very good and has been able to help me with really long boring tasks in the past (like helping pose for the bottom of snowboards during the 2014 Xmas event by doing the flip across the ramp a million times until I lined up the orb correctly). And ofc just the general, really good edits across the wiki. Definitely deserves it05:10, February 4, 2016 (UTC)
