I nominate Christine for adminship, in spite of the fact that we're flooded with admins, in light of the fact that I believe shewould be a very worthy (and worthwhile) sysop. She definitely is committed to the cause, and she's nice in-person (or as in-person as you can get over the internet); though she does have a temper during debates, I think she's grounded enough to be able to handle it - more than once I've seen her say she'd have said more if she wouldn't get in trouble for it. I, Clv309, accept this nomination for adminship. I have read the policies concerning administrators. I realize that this nomination may fail. If I do get community consensus, I promise not to abuse my powers because I realize that this is a serious offense and if the community finds that I have done so, my powers will be revoked and in extreme cases I could be given a community ban.
Signed,
Christine

I really think she deserves this, honestly. Oddlyoko talk 04:53, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
Neutral, If you mean a little... uneasy at sometimes than ok. But honstly I think your alright. I may change to Support or Oppose later. The King of Fakes 04:56, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
Neutral, I'm gonna go with this for 1 day. I'm gonna imagine what wiki will be like if she were sysoped lol. She is a little bit fisty. Patcong talk 05:00, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
Support, you seem like sysop material to me. =] User:Speckledorph/Sig 05:48, 11 June 2007 (UTC)

Weak Oppose, You have not always been polite to other users. --Whiplash 10:46, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
Semi-Support, as I said to Moogel, taking away the fights from your resume would help. But, they are not extremely serious, affecting you horribly. I think once those are gone, then you have an excellent chance of being accepted. Syugecinspam 11:08, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
Weak Oppose I agree with Whiplash, you were the person who said "screw you, you're just some sissy overly-sensitive bitch" to Blanko. Tesfan 13:25, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- Comment: Mhmm. But I've been working on that. Even if you don't believe it. =\ And I'm pretty sure me and Blanko are ok now (I think we are at least). But don't forget what he said to me to spark that response.

Support Christine has shown maturity through honesty and bluntness, and I don't think that's a detractor. That she has been "impolite" to some users in the past has been a combination of this and the fact that she wasn't a sysop. I have no doubt at all that Christine will show level-headedness in heated debates in the future. Moreover, Christine has never sought adminship, meaning that she understands that sysop is not just some graduated user position, but a different role entirely. Endasil (Talk) @ 17:34, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
Support I agree with Endasil. Besides, as far as the wiki is concerned, Christine is quick at heading off Vandalism and has good contributions. Talk pages are a little different, but it really doesn't affect the way she would be as a Sysop. I'm all for it. TIRRIANGANT (TALK) 18:17, 11 June 2007 (UTC)

- If Christine can go 1 week without insulting someone il change my vote to full support. --Whiplash 18:47, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- Should be easier with the forums being removed, which is why I've been better recently. They cause too much controversy. Christine 19:01, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
Support. She is very helpful especially to new users! Spitfire talk 18:49, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
Neutral Ugh, more sysops that aren't named Cashman286??? This hurts my feelings...maybe I'll go emo. That might be fun. 20:21, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- Commment: Is that really a valid arguement? -.- Christine 22:45, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- Cashman, will you please state your reasons? And not just because you didn't get sysop? Christine 22:49, 11 June 2007 (UTC)

Support Christine is the best! =) She'd make a great sysop. Sure she can be feisty at times, but that's only if you get on her bad side and poke her with a pointy object like a stick or a nail. The Shadow Of Death, Total Rune (Plz don't count out my vote!) (Sorry Total.. you can't count. :| )

STRONG OPPOSE - Too many people are being sysoped. I think we should stop getting more admins. Chiafriend12Loon is best buttlord 22:33, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
- Chiafriend does it really matter how many deserving editors have Adminship? Also don't worry. In a few months or so most of the new editors will probably get bored and disappear. Chaoticar 03:50, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
- I'm not gonna do that.. Christine 15:25, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
- Support. - Another sysop won't bring the wiki crashing down. She's fit for the job, and it's nice to see someone so candid. --Sαcrε Fι (edit my sig) | (edit my user page) 04:33, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
- D***it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just typed a 7 paragraph speech of why this does matter! The d**n Wiki update ate it through an edit conflict (not your fault Sacre)!! F*** this. I'm so d**n tired of this d**n update interfering with everything I try to do! I'm officially quitting the Wiki until this d**n update is fixed. - Chia, please don't quit over something as trivial as a wiki update. And don't complain about it on my RfA. O_O Christine 15:23, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
- I'm not quitting over this one incidint. It's every freaking thing that I'm fed up with! I only said anything about it on this page because it happened on this page. Chiafriend12Loon is best buttlord 23:34, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

- Comment - I can't say I've ever seen such a landslide RfA... Oddlyoko talk 05:42, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
- Comment Reply - Landslide? As in a lot of supports not a lot of oppose? I think Dtm had the closest to landslide and I had the longest. =P Syugecinspam 14:15, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
