• It has been decided that the Autumn Wiki Fest of 2007 will take place on Saturday, September 22, 2007 from 2:00 pm until 3:00/30 pm USC, 1:00 pm until 2:00/30 pm Mountain, 3:00 pm until 4:00/30 pm EST and 12:00 pm (noon) until 1:00/30 pm PST. Atlandy would also like to remind all users attending the event to stock up on items they will be dropping for the drop party.

• A vandal attack this morning resulted in numerous blocks. 8 June 2007.
• In an attempt to quell the recent fighting on the wiki, Whiplash has implimented a new policy. Please read here.

• A new page, called no page has been created to redirect to the pages that have many links to them and have been deleted or never created. This helps us clean up the wanted pages list and leaves room for essentials. Please redirect those awful pages that fit in that category here.

• Our Google placement fell! Searching RuneScape is hard to find. But RuneScape Wiki still has us in first!

• Congratulations to Whiplash, whose successful bureaucratship came as no surprise.
• The wiki just reached it's 4000^th article goal! Gilded throne, our 4000^th article, was created by Sacre Fi on 14:33, 6^th of May 2007 (UTC). The wiki's new goal, 5000 articles, is expected to be achieved by March 1^st, 2008. To do this, everyone must pitch in and we must stay clean of RuneScape Gold advertisements and any other things that encourage rule breaking. Please see this forum for more details.
• The wiki has undergone massive changes. Vimescarrot announced his leave, Patcong quit, Chasngcars was harassed with racist comments by Total Rune, who's immatureness led him to his absence. Total Rune also insulted Ilyas, Whiplash, Stinkowing and many others. This resulted in him being blocked once by Ilyas (1 week) and once by Whiplash (perm). Rune also pelted Whiplash and Ilyas with racist, sexist, and disturbing insults until they negotiated on permanently blocking him, on his request. With this massive 7 day fight in mind, being the worse since Shadowdancer's incident, Whiplash is soon to become a bureaucrat. The fight seems to have slowed down and the RFA page is calming down.
• Google placement, as of 23:28, 9 April 2007 (UTC): Searching runescape wiki in Google places the RuneScape Wiki in first place. The main page is listed first with the RuneScape article second. Wikipedia's RuneScape article is third. Searching runescape on Google places the wiki on page 22.
• A vandal attack happened on April 19^th which lasted from 01:52 to 02:35 and resulted in 5 blocks on 4 different users, 4 of them infinite and one for a year which was changed to infinite, and Chiafriend12 being accused of being a "potty mouth" by Sacre Fi.
• A darker version of our RuneScape Wiki has been created on April 13^th. For the darker side of RuneScape.
• Emosworld was sysoped by Eucarya on the 2nd of April, 2007.
• The wicked powers of Bob the Cat that plagued the main page on the first of April have been vanquished!
• Almost 50 market threads were deleted by Huanghe63 for various reasons. Please see this page. 30 March 2007.
