The Citadel Raffle is a weekly event run for the citadel in which contributors to the citadel can win a prize. Each week, people who have entered can win a prize of at least 
500,000!

There are three prizes, 1st place being 1,500,000, and the two runners up being 1,000,000 and 500,000. It is only possible to win one of the prizes.
Each entry receives a specific number of tickets, relative to the number of each resource they gathered. The number of tickets for gathering 2,700 of that resource (a full cap) is listed below - gathering less than that is scaled down linearly.
After the build tick (within 12 hours), a random number will be generated (using random.org and a pregenerated identifier), and the winners will be contacted to claim their prize.
Anyone attempting to deliberately gain an entry while have less than maximum will be banned from all further raffles, and may have further action taken against them.

- Gather 2700 resources in the citadel - 'max your cap'
- Contact one of the clan members listed below - it will be helpful if you are on the same world beforehand
- They will use the resource check tool to get your contributions for the week, and add you to the entries list
Entries will be accepted as long as resource for the week before can be checked, and the draw has not yet happened.

TicketsEdit
If you were to gather 2700 of one resource, you would earn the listed ticket value. Tickets earned scale down linearly, thus if you gathered 1350 timber, you earn 1/2 of the value listed for timber. Remember, you still need to max to claim tickets!
- If ticket values appear to be outdated, please check the spreadsheet - values listed there will always be accurate

- My resource checker says I only gathered 2699 resources/The sum of my resources is 2699 but I have maxed!
- This is simply a rounding error, we are aware that it occurs and will use common sense if we notice it.
- My citadel sidebar says I have gained 269.35 [resource], will you account for the fraction?
- No, we will only count the values supplied by the resource checker interface, which are rounded integers.
- I gathered over 270 minions, do I get extra tickets?
- When gathering at the obelisk, the check for minions only activates at when attempting to start at a new small obelisk - thus, if attention is paid, extra minions can be gathered. If you gather extra minions, the extra tickets from them will be counted.
- What about fractional tickets? How are they dealt with?
- Fractional tickets will be accounted for within the calculation, but the final value will be rounded down - we only want integer values for total tickets given.
- Example: Timber, stone, ore, coal, bars, p. ore, p. bars worth 100, rations 110, cloth 10, minions 150; gathered 270 minions, 150 cloth, 180 rations, 300 of each of the rest
- That results in 15, 0.55.., 7.33.., 11.11.. tickets respectively, for a total of 100.66.. tickets total, which will be rounded down to 100 tickets earned.
- Fractional tickets will be accounted for within the calculation, but the final value will be rounded down - we only want integer values for total tickets given.
- I maxed but I'm not on the entry list!
- The raffle is opt-in, thus if you want a chance of winning you must contact one of the clanmates listed above. Organisers may ask around in the clan chat for people who have maxed and want to enter, but they will not add people who do not tell them they have maxed.
- I don't want the prize
- If you do not want the prize, do not enter. If you enter and later change your mind, contact an admin and we will remove your entry. If you change your mind after the drawing, we will redraw.
- That prize is too low/Can I make the prize bigger?
- If you wish to donate to the prize to increase it, contact one of the above clanmates with your donation. If it is a significantly large donation, or we get a number of them in a week, we will split it over several weeks (or even permanently increase the prize if it is large enough!). You can donate whatever you like, it does not have to be coins - as a general guide, make your donation worth at least 250,000 coins. A list of donations is below.
- Can I become an helper/organiser?
- Contact Gaz if you wish to help out. Helpers simply accept entries on behalf of organisers, then pass on the entries to them (be that ingame, on their talk page, or any other medium). Organisers are trusted helpers (typically sysops or clan admins) who are also be able to edit the spreadsheet, given they pass their Google account name to Gaz. Being an organiser means you cannot enter the raffle yourself - helpers however do not have this restriction.
- Last week the tickets were different!
- The ticket values can and will change on a weekly basis based on what the citadel requires. The ticket values will be finalised for the week by 12 hours prior to the tick. If, for any reason, the values are changed after that 24 hours, users who entered before the change will not be changed to the new rates.
- I want to gather [resource], but it has a low ticket value!
- That's your choice then: do you want the better chance at the money, or do you want the experience? Remember clan rings and fealty can be used on whatever you like.
