RuneFest 2013

RuneFest 2013 was held on 2 November 2013 at Tobacco Dock, London. It was announced by Mod Jane & Mod Mark on 25 June 2013.

Tickets

RuneFest tickets cost £99 and included entry to the main daytime events at 10am - 6pm and then the after party from 6pm - 11pm. Unlike RuneFest 2011, there was no VIP ticket.

Tickets became available to purchase on 20 September to anyone who had registered their e-mail on the RuneFest website. Tickets were on sale to the general public from 23 September.

Attendees received signed concept art, RuneScape 3 - The Soundtrack, a RuneFest 2013 Cape, and if they signed the Wall of Fame, a RuneFest 2013 specific title.

An early concept for the World Event, featuring Marimbo fighting Brassica Prime.

Another early concept for the event, this time featuring Marimbo attempting to eat Brassica Prime, with her monkey followers in the background taking care of Brassica's cabbages.

Activities

Activities were themed around gaining skilling chips - of the same size and material as poker chips. Acquiring a full set of chips meant that a max-chip could be obtained. Some of the skilling chips ran out, and subsittute chips were used instead.

Penguin Hide and Seek

Penguin Hide and Seek was rewarded with an Agility skilling chip.

Ice sculpture

Blocks of ice and bevelled edge firmer chisels were available to carve the Runefest 3 logo.
