Revenant pyrefiends are a type of revenant. They are more dangerous than their combat level suggests; more than a player with the same combat level. It has the ability to deal a significant amount of damage with melee, ranged and magic. It can restore its own life points rapidly, can cure itself from poison, and has a max hit of 200.

There has recently been a graphical update to all Pyrefiends. They have a slight pink-red tinge to differentiate from a similar revenant, Revenant Icefiend. These revenants are quite weak, with low defence and health. However, it is a dangerous foe in F2P, as it commonly hits very high through green d'hide. In members, it is not as strong as it suggests, but can still hit occasionally. It usually hits around 150-180, and rarely anything else.
