A Restore potion restores all of the player's combat stats except for Hitpoints, Summoning and Prayer, where the level has been temporarily reduced (for example by the effects of disease). It restores each stat by roughly 40% of the user's level in that stat, and will always restore between 10 and 39 points, unless that would put the user's stat as higher than their level in that skill.
Members can make a restore potion by mixing harralander into a vial of water and then adding red spider's eggs. This requires level 22 Herblore, and gives 62.5 experience. Adding roe or caviar to a 2-dose potion will turn it into a 2-dose restore mix, which heals 3 Hitpoints.
Players who have been thieving from ogre coffins, and who have had their Thieving level lowered from this, will not have their level put back up to normal. The same goes for stats lowered by Spicy stew However, a super restore potion would restore the all other lowered levels except hitpoints.

The data are this table is based on the Grand Exchange prices of the vial of water, herb, and secondary ingredient(s). It is accurate assuming all three items are bought from the Grand Exchange and the resulting potion is sold afterwards. 428
