The Rellekka tablet is a modified Teleport to House tablet that is created by using a chisel on a normal teleport tablet. It teleports the caster just outside the Rellekka house portal. Love Story must be completed to make this item. Adventurers who have completed the quest may wish to travel to Keldagrim to talk to a dwarf called Runvastr (in the building north-east of the Laughing Miner inn). If you deliver a diary from him to the Wise Old Man back in Draynor Village, you’ll earn the ability to chip customized Teleport to House teletabs such as this one.
