A Red satchel is a drop from spidines killed while playing Creature Creation. It holds a banana, cake and triangle sandwich. It will also enhance the beckon emote.

When full, the food contained heal a total of 900 life points, equivalent to a shark. It takes multiple bites to consume the food, but it is much cheaper.
