The Rated Clan Wars badge is obtained by speaking to the Sergeant-at-Arms in the Clan Camp (or via the right-click menu). Having one in your inventory means that you will be automatically entered into any Rated Clan Wars match that your clan starts.
The distribute option on the badge, when used, will bring up a dialogue for all members of the clan in the Clan Camp at the time, asking them if they wish to take a badge. This gives a quick and easy way for all members in a clan to get a badge in preparation for a war.
When you try to bank this item this message will appear: "A magical force stops you from banking this item".
When there is no room in your inventory and you accept a distributed RCW badge, the badge will drop on the floor.
