Razmire Keelgan or Afflicted(Razmire) lives in Mort'ton. He is the owner of the Mort'ton general store and builder's store, and he can be revived by using either Serum 207 (temporarily) or Serum 208 (permanently) on him.
He plays a role in the Shades of Mort'ton quest.

- Before 21st April, 2009, even if players had used serum 208 on Razmire, sometimes you could see Razmire is still afflicted. However, if you opened the general store door or talked to him, Razmire would turn back to a healthy state. That's because the area was released before Jagex implemented feature to allow permanent changes on NPCs and objects.
