Raw oomlie may be obtained by killing the oomlie birds found in the depths of the Kharazi Jungle, South of Shilo Village. To get into the Khazari Jungle, the player must have started Legends Quest. Used with a palm leaf, it is a primary ingredient in the oomlie wrap. Eating one is a hard task for Karamja Achievement Diary. It requires level 50 Cooking to make. The raw oomlie cannot be cooked by itself. The wrap heals 14 HP when consumed.
Raw oomlie is sometimes given as a tip from the Gnome Restaurant minigame.
