Rasolo is a wandering merchant found west of the Fishing Guild and south of the Baxtorian Falls. He sells various random items, in particular a dragon dagger.
Rasolo features in the Desert Treasure quest. In the quest, Rasolo provides players with a Ring of visibility in exchange for the return of his Gilded cross from the Bandit Camp (Kharidian Desert). The ring enables the wearer to see certain ghosts that are otherwise invisible. This ring is also required for the Ghostly robes and Goblin High Priest miniquests.

- When the Desert Treasure quest was originally released, this NPC's name was "Rasool". Although unconfirmed, this was offensive to a religion and was changed shortly after.
- Rasolo could be a reference to Hansolo from the StarWars series. Jagex had named him Rasool which means "messenger".
- He used to sell items at twice the normal store price.
