The Rapid Heal Prayer doubles the rate at which the user's Hitpoints are restored.

Rapid Heal does not drain the user's prayer points quickly. This prayer is commonly not preferred among players, it is not preferred especially during combat, for its slow replenishing rate. Instead, using food is recommended.

Nevertheless, it can be a useful extra boost to food when training agility or thieving, particularly with bracelet of regeneration worn.

[edit] Recommended uses

• Turn it on the moment you start training, along with various prayer boosting equipment, such as Amulet of Glory. This may provide you with 30+ hitpoints, depending on how long you stay in the area, your prayer level, and if you use other prayers.
• Playing Fist of Guthix, Clan Wars, or Castle Wars. This is often done while hiding otherwise it might not work as players can attack you.
• Healing while staying in safe spots when food stock is running low. This option will save food, and time clicking. Slow but convenient.
• Can be combined with Bracelet of Regeneration, the Lunar spell Dream, the Hitpoints cape and a healing familiar (such as a Void spinner or a Bunyip) to make healing faster.
