Ranger's aid (m) (or mature ranger's aid) is a stat-enhancing ale that can be bought from The Poison Arrow pub for 50 coins. It temporarily enhances a player's Ranged level by 3, and lowers the Defence level by a random amount, as opposed to the two level Ranged boost, and five level Defence loss provided by a regular Ranger's aid. It is not recommended to drink the mature ranger's aid in excessive amounts as Defence will lowered considerably, making them more vulnerable to attacks.
This ale, along with normal Ranger's aid, was released in conjunction with the release of The Poison Arrow pub on 28 July 2009.
