- There appears to be a grip on the side of the crossbow, which would suggest it would be fired with two hands. However, it is a one-handed crossbow.
- Perhaps its real life basis is the chu ko nu, an ancient crossbow invented by the Chinese that can fire two bolts every three seconds.
- The Quick-Fire Crossbow is from the Eastern Lands.
